    The hotel is ideally located near many attractions and offers lovely rooms with elegant decor. The air conditioning in our room was not very effective during a warm stay, and some cleanliness issues were present upon arrival. A good choice for a convenient getaway but could improve on comfort and housekeeping.

    We enjoyed staff and location of this place - nothing too much trouble.

    Clean hotel in a really lovely building just off museums. Incredible location to rail network, easy to get around. Large room with toiletries, complimentary soft drinks in the mini bar plus a freestanding bath. Convenient decor throughout and attentive staff who seem very genuine at the reception desk.

    Superfriendly team, they made me feel welcome. The location of this hotel was amazing! Gloucester Road tube station was 5 min away.

    The room I got was compact and new-fashioned with shower, wine and a v welcome touch. The breakfast was lovely with the avocado, great coffee, more options such as pancakes, the restaurant was reasonably priced!

    Loved this hotel. Perfect location close to the tube station and bus stops, yet seemed tucked away.

    Rooms very clean, great food options. Breakfast with room was a great a choice.

    Only thing I would have liked is to control the room temp. It was a bit warm but still nice.
